Where do you ship from?
We ship from the UK.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note you will be responsible for any import VAT, taxes, and fees associated with your order.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Our standard processing time is 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated. Please note this does not include shipping times.
During busy sales period our processing time is increased to 2-4 weeks.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Expected delivery times on average are as follows:
- UK: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-5 weeks
Where is my order?
Once your order is despatched, unfortunately its whereabouts is outside our control. The shipping company is responsible for your parcel from that point on.
Please choose a tracked shipping option for peace of mind. If orders without tracking are lost, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement.
Can I return my order?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
When we receive your return, if approved we will issue a refund minus any shipping costs.
Can I change my shipping address?
Unfortunately not. Please double check your address before completing the checkout process.
Do I have to sign up for an account?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, you have to sign up in order to earn Stickies as part of our rewards programme.
Can I stack discount codes?
Apologies but you may only apply one discount code per order.
Do you stock other artists' products?
Yes, we buy from them wholesale and retail to you. This helps them reach a wider audience in the UK and European markets, and makes them more easily accessible to you.
Why should I buy other artists' products from you?
Firstly, we at Cute Stickers Only love supporting other small businesses! We hope that you discover new amazing artists through our shop and support them.
Secondly, because we want to make their products more accessible to the UK and European customers. Let's be honest, international shipping can get expensive. We took care of it so you don't have to.
