Shipping policy
Order processing
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
We aim to process orders within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless otherwise stated. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping
We offer domestic shipping via Royal Mail or Evri, and international shipping via Royal Mail or other couriers in select countries.
We can not ship to the EU.
For international orders (outside the UK), we currently only offer tracked shipping for peace of mind.
Expected delivery times on average are as follows:
- UK: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 1-2 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-5 weeks
Please note that international customers will be responsible for any import VAT, taxes, and fees associated with your order. If you refuse to pay these fees, we are unable to refund you.
Once your order is despatched, unfortunately its whereabouts is outside our control. The shipping company is responsible for your parcel from that point on. Therefore please choose a tracked shipping option for peace of mind. If orders without tracking are lost, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@cutestickersonly.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
